Empowering Youth to Become the Leaders of Tomorrow

At YMB, we believe in the power of consistency. Our year-round mentorship initiatives empower students to stay focused on their goals, providing a steady foundation for academic and personal success.

We empower youth through a comprehensive Summer Enrichment Program designed to close achievement gaps and promote well-being. By prioritizing academic performance and health, while simultaneously enhancing professional skill sets, we prepare our students for long-term success in school and beyond.

YMB drives community impact through year-round engagement and local partnerships. From equipping students at back-to-school events to promoting peace during our holiday non-violence programs, we are dedicated to being a visible, positive force in the community.
